Since I am new to the blogging world, I thought it would be fun to do a “get to know me” questionnaire! Hopefully it’ll give you some insight as to who I am. Here we go…

1. Are you named after anyone? Apparently I got my name from a character on the Soap Opera, ”The Young and the Restless”.
2. When was the last time you cried? Yesterday (I cry often); I have been sick with the flu all weekend and for whatever reason it causes me to revert to a weeping child.
3. Do you have kids? If no, how many do you want? I don’t have any kids of my own at the moment, but plan to have a couple (God-Willing).
4. If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself? Yep, I think I am a pretty good friend. Or at least I try very hard to be.
5. Do you use sarcasm a lot? No, not at all. (Yes that was sarcasm)
6. What’s the first thing you notice about people? I am a very ”vibey” person and am very intuative, so usually that’s what I notice is what type of vibe they are giving off.
7. What is your eye color? Brown.
8. Scary movie or happy endings? Depends what I’m in the mood for…I’ve seen almost every romantic comedy out there multiple times so I guess I prefer happy endings.
9. Favorite smells? That ”after rain” smell…so good.
10. What’s the furthest you’ve ever been from home? I recently travelled to Jamaica…I think that’s the furthest I’ve ever been from home.
11. Do you have any special talents? Hmm…I would consider myself to be a bit of an animal whisperer…not sure if that’s a special talent though?!
12. Where were you born? Regina, Saskatchewan
13. What’s your zodiac sign? Do you believe in it? I am a Taurus. I believe in it in the sense that lots of the qualities seem to align with my personality traits, but not in the sense that I check my horiscope daily and live my life by them.
14. What are your hobbies? I was never one for sports or group activities (yes I know, I’m weird) although I do love getting together with friends. I also love reading, have recently started to enjoy cooking, and obviously love learning about all things beauty.
15. Do you have any pets? I have a cat, Theodore, who is my baby. He is a white persian with a grumpy squish-face and big blue eyes. I also have a dog, Murphy, who is a recent addition to the family. He is a black golden-doodle and a huge pain in my butt…but I absolutely love him.
16. Do you have any siblings? I have one brother, he is 7 years younger than me and we have always been super close.
17. What do you want to be when you grow up? Is 29 a grown up? I don’t know. I have been an Early Childhood Educator for the past 10 & a half years and I truly love my work. Whatever I end up doing I hope it is always something I am passionate about and something that allows me to be creative.
18. Who was your first best friend? My first best friend…I think would be Steph P. at St. Micheal’s School in grade 1.
19. How tall are you? I am 5’7”
20. What is the least favourite thing about yourself? I struggle with anxiety and it often holds me back from doing/saying/accomplishing the things that I really want to.
21. Funniest moment throughout School? Ummm…I’ll have to come back to this one.
22. How many countries have you visited? Three.
23. What was your favorite/worst subject in High School? Favorite – Art & English, Worst – Biology/Science
24. What is your Favorite drink? Animal? Perfume? Drink – sparkling water, Animal – I really love them all, Perfume – Currently Guerlain, Mon Guerlain
25. What would you (or have you) name your children? Sorry, not sharing 🙂
26. What Sports do you play/Have you played? I am basically the least sporty person alive…I used to play soccer and dance.
27. Who are some of your favorite YouTubers? Jaclyn Hill (although there’s a lot of drama surrounding her these days), SMLx0, RachhLoves, MakeupByTiffanyD, Brittany Marie, and Face by Meagan
28. How many Girlfriends/Boyfriends have you had? Umm…6?
29. Favorite memory from childhood? Any memory with my mom (she passed away from Breast Cancer when I was 7)
30. How would you describe your fashion sense? Casual, classic, with a bit of trendy added in
31. What phone do you have? (iOS v Android?) iPhone 8+
32. Tell us one of your bad habits! Nail biting
33. 3 things that upset you? Dishonest people, animal cruelty, people who are rude to service people (waiters, gas attendants, etc)
34. 3 things that make you happy? My fiancé, a good bubble bath, my pets
35. How is your relationship with parents? Oh that’s a story for another time…
36. What’s on your mind? At the moment…hoping that I am feeling better by tomorrow.
37. What’s your talent? I am pretty creative/artistic

40. Are you an extrovert or introvert? Introvert

42. Do you consider yourself a good cook? Sometimes! I am trying to be better and enjoy experimenting.
43. Does your name have a special meaning? Not really…
44. If money were no object where would you go for your next birthday? Nashville…I’ve been obsessed with going there for years.
45. If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? Not sure…I am happy where I am for now.
46. What’s your favourite thing to have for breakfast? Eggs Benny
47. What’s your favourite gadget? I’m not super techy…my iPhone I guess?
48.  Do you have a job outside of blogging? I am new to the blogging game, so yes I have a job! I have been an Early Childhood Educator for the last 10+ years.
49. Are you married or in a relationship? I recently got engaged *eeek* and am in the process of planning our wedding – he’s a pretty wonderful guy!♥️
50. What made you start blogging? I have wanted to start a blog for years. Just finally was able to get up the courage to put myself out there (not something I like to do) and give it a shot!
